Preparation
- Add salt, sugar, 1 tablespoon of oil, milk, and a cup of water to the flour. Mix well.
- If necessary, add a little more water and mix again until you get a soft dough.
- Beat the dough on a bread stone to make it even softer.
- Add another tablespoon of oil to the dough and mix well. Cover and set aside for an hour.
- After an hour, add another tablespoon of oil to the dough.
- Take a lemon-sized portion of the dough, sprinkle with dry flour, and make a small bread.
- Put a spoonful of oil on the bread and spread it all over.
- Start from one end and fold the bread in a zigzag pattern until you reach the other end.
- Stretch the folded bread long and wrap it.
- Roll the wrapped bread with your hands to make it like a chapati.
- Heat a pan and fry the bread on both sides with a spoonful of oil until golden brown.
